You must keep the files intact and any logos and/or links from the original creators must remain in place. You may not import or embed these files, in part or as a whole, into other digital resources, applications, libraries or files, except for instructional web pages, without express permission from the original creators. You may modify any CSS, HTML, JAVASCRIPT, or XML files that come with the original game that affect the display of the interactive assessment except for the removal of any logos and/or links from the original creators, but you may not modify or reverse engineer any of the SWF files that may be provided to you. These interactive assessments will remain the property of the original creators and you are only granted a limited and non-exclusive license to use it. This agreement and license can be terminated and changed at any time, at the sole discretion of the original creator.
Any learning activity offered at the GameGarden @ UVU is for educational purposes only, and may not be sold or repurposed. If you are interested in a customized version of any of the learning objects provided here you should contact the original creators.
