Instructor Communication
Most communication detween you and your instructor will be asynchronous. The term asynchronous means that communication in the course will occur at different times. In online educations, most of your communication will occur via discussion boards where you will post a message and then your instructor or other students will respond to that message at a later time. So it is important to realize that you may not get an immediate response on your poosting. However, most online courses are set up with weekly assignments, requirements, and interactivity so your instructor will respond to you or the class within a week.
